Nothing! What I originally thought would be great turned out to be be totally wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything! So I seen the option to pay the remaining balance to a medical provider using Instamed through Cigna's site. I thought fantastic - easier to keep track of, quick access to receipts...great! Until I started getting notices that the bills I had paid months earlier were not being paid to the provider! It took 2 weeks and everyone pointing the finger at each other - the provider at instamed, instamed at the provider, Cigna at instamed....and it was pure heck! I tried calling Instamed and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I finally decided to submit a support ticket on their online system. I waited almost a week and never received a response. Finally sucked it up and sat on hold until someone finally answered. They then proceeded to tell me the address was listed as incorrect for the provider so all they could do is send me a refund. I though ok finally a resolution! Then came the next kick- I asked when I would get the refund...response "it could be up to 30 days". REALLY???? It takes them less than an hour to take my money, they keep it for 3 months, then another month to get it returned? So now I do not have the money and the provider is threatening collections!
This whole thing has been a nightmare! Avoid this company. Take the time to send it directly to the provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
