InstaCheckin Reviews & Product Details

A paper logbook shows every visitor the names and companies of the people who signed in before them. InstaCheckin replaces it with an iPad at your front desk that keeps each check-in private. Visitors sign in on the iPad. They pick who they are here to see from your employee directory, and that host is notified by email (SMS alerts are available on the Standard plan). Every visit is saved to a visitor log you can filter, so you can answer "who came in, and when?" without flipping through pages. Paid plans add the pieces many front desks need: printed visitor badges, visitor photos, NDA signing at check-in, and pre-registration so expected guests check in faster. Pricing is per location. The Free plan covers one location and basic sign-in. Basic ($59/month) adds badges, photos, NDA signing and pre-registration. Standard ($119/month) adds SMS host alerts and up to three locations. Premium and Enterprise are available for larger multi-location needs. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Basic features, and signup asks for a payment card, including for the Free plan. Setup is an iPad, the InstaCheckin app and your employee list. Most teams that set up an iPad are checking visitors in the same day. InstaCheckin is built for offices, plants, warehouses, nonprofits and other sites that want to replace paper at the front desk. It is not built for event check-in, school student pickup, or teams that need SAML single sign-on.
