What do you like best?

How easy it is!! How with one click it gives me everything!! (Network logs, nslogs, screens and taps , etc)

I’ve been I. The iOS industry for 10 years and never experienced a feedback system so complete and user friendly.

I also love how we can create different categories for the users!!!

What do you like best?

An easy interface for users to get in touch without our team.

What do you dislike?

The UI is a bit complicated.

Not easy to follow up or find discussions with users we had a discussion in the past.

Being able to do support on mobile is missing. I would love to have a mobile app to easily answer customer feedback when I'm not in form of my desk. Already tested their beta on Tetflight, but unfortunately, I don't have access to it anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love the visual flow for usage you get with each bug report. It's an amazing tool to track down what users are seeing - they aren't always the best at explaining problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

My only complaint about Instabug is with account management. There are several places where it's difficult to change settings, easy to accidentally rack up unwanted charges, and accidentally sign up for features you don't want. I've already dealt with two scenarios where I get a surprise bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Overall the platform helps a lot when it comes to taking bug reports.

What do you dislike?

I had one issue with your support team, I have crashes happening with the library and the way it was handled wasn't good.

We had multiple complaints from customers, clear stack traces, and nothing was really done to improve this.

I was suggested to update the dependency, which I did, but was still occurring after even if I was told that it was fixed.

We have a connected bike, getting bug reports are essential for us. They give us logs about the session and how the user was using the app.

What do you like best?

It gets the job done - customers can report bugs and you can answer them. The reporting is decent, and runs are easy enough to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's a buggy mess. If you send a mass/bulk email, prepare yourself for a minor headache afterwards. You pretty much need to refresh the browser to return to normal answering tickets after a bulk.

Everything feels so. freaking. slow. and. clunky. Just clicking from ticket to ticket is an exercise in patience, and sometimes the filters you've applied to the ticket list will randomly disengage. So not only will you lose your place, but you have to take the time to apply the filters again. Which, like everything else, seemingly takes years.

Speaking of filters, applying them is extremely cumbersome and confusing, and doesn't always catch everything.

Need to export data? Prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait for the spreadsheet to be emailed to you if you're gathering even something SOMEwhat complex in nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Being able to quickly filter through issues our users are having and then directing them to our engineering team with all the relevant information using one button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it'd be nice if Instabug had a way to help you identify if things look similar that it suggests it cause right now you have to scroll to find the bug and then mark it as a duplicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pretty much nothing but yes pricing part. Little expensive.

$149 per month for basic usage seems too high to me.

For little extra features, in pro version, you end up paying $250.

Such expensive plans are only recommended for apps which are earning enough.

What do you like best?

I like that it is easily allows users to add their issues/recommendations for the app easily. Screen shots are uploaded effortlessly and crash reports are sent automatically. This is easy to maintain and review the responses from users. This also allowed our developer to track down bugs/hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Would love to see the ability to choose between screen shot and shake per user preference. I would have loved to see an option to further add to my screen shot after initial submission (ex. having further pictures of the same issue). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I consider instabug a gold standard in bug reporting for apple apps. We have not deployed an Android version yet so I'm not sure on anything Android - but this app has it alll! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Instabug provides the most reliable tools to work with. I love how I can record every issue and bug that is found and have them saved through screenshots or videos, or both. The way I can communicate with clients directly through the app makes it easier for both parties and eases the hassle of communication problems. What do you like best?

We initially started using Instabug as a bug tracking platform for our beta but customers found it so easy to use we now also use it for in-app support. Really love how easy the system is for everyone to use and how responsive and helpful the folks are at Instabug.

The team has continued to improve the product substantially since we first jumped on board and really expanded upon the customer outreach, surveys, NPS, and all of that. All in all this has been in invaluable tool for the design and research side! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's hard for me to really complain about the product. My prior comments here about what I'd love to see have all been addressed and added in with updates over the years.

Initially we simply needed an easy to implement tool for bug tracking for the dev team. As we used the tool we learned how great it was for handling in app chat and customer service. Our customers seem very comfortable using the tool and they can easily share screenshots, videos, and general app stats. You mentioned that you dislike not being able to edit the published surveys. Our concept here is that we don't want your survey responses to be mixed up in case a target changed in the middle of a published survey; however, we introduced an option of duplicating it and editing the duplicate draft; that way, you will have the credible results you are aiming for.
