What do you like best about Insight End-User Support Services?

I like that have a well developed knowledge base for all the clients they service. This make it easy to solve any and all issues that the helpdesk tech may need to support the End User. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insight End-User Support Services?

Way to strick on the entry level employees. Will fire someone instead of retaining Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
