They started by restructuring our Adwords campaign to address ineffective spending. From there, we met a few times to develop an SEO strategy and establish a collaboration. They outlined a plan to deliver a quick return on our spend. **What do you like best about Infront Webworks?** Their communication and promise fulfillment have been outstanding. They’ve done what they set out to do. The staff is highly knowledgeable and explains things very well both verbally and through reports. The metrics are impressive, but aside from that, they’re also a solid team. They keep me aware of the good and the bad and are always professional in responding to questions quickly. They work on keyword rankings from a provided list of keywords. **What do you like best about Infront Webworks?** At all levels of the company, they truly listen and they are extremely responsive. No matter what issue I brought to the table, large or small, there was always an appropriate solution in short order. **What do you dislike about Infront Webworks?** I think the project could have benefited from a more formal goal setting process from the outset, although I now understand how that can be difficult until the work gathers a certain momentum and there is enough accurate data available to set meaningful goals. Ultimately InFront did respond to my request for project goals that were Specific, Measurable and Timebound. **Recommendations to others considering Infront Webworks:** At all levels of the company, they truly listen and they are extremely responsive. No matter what issue I brought to the table, large or small, there was always an appropriate solution in short order. **What problems is Infront Webworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially I hired InFront to perform Search Engine Optimization on my new website, however the initial InFront analysis of the new site showed there were a number of serious Technical errors that would stand in the way of attaining high organic Google rankings. As a result, our initial work with the InFront Team was focused on correcting all of the technical errors and eliminating them as a source of future issues. Once that was complete, we began the SEO work during which time we uncovered several other important Technical issues, including poor site speed, photo display issues and improper labeling of product photos. All of these issues were handled quickly and efficiently by the InFront Team while the SEO work was in process. We are now on the first page on Google for most of our key artists, and in many cases we are ranking in the top three Organic Vendor Rankings. Organic Traffic has also increased about 320% over the 10 or so months was have been working with InFront. Most important of all, we have done more business with new clients in the last three months that we have in the last three years! ### 6.
