**What do you like best about Infoset?**

Excellent support via phone & email. Infoset has eased how our company operates. We use their virtual switchboard for receiving customer calls and live chat for answering our support tickets. Our operators are doing a great job with handling the incoming call traffic. We have implemented the chatbot functionality in our website and received very good feedback.

**What do you dislike about Infoset?**

It's hard to give feedback on dislikes as we have not faced any so far. We hope there won't be any issues in the future.

**What problems is Infoset solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Easier to handle incoming calls from our customers. We no longer have to transfer them to multiple agents or departments to answer their queries. The calls now get routed to the relevant department instantly through the virtual switchboard. I also have to mention that our operators have improved significantly in their handling skills with the help of this product. We now receive more inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis compared to before implementing Infoset.

**What do you like best about Infoset?**

There are a few things that I absolutely love about this all-in-one solution.

First and foremost, I appreciate the simplicity and ease-of-use of the platform. It's incredibly user-friendly, and I was able to navigate through all the features and functionalities with minimal training.

Another thing that I really appreciate is the chatbot feature. It has been a game-changer for our customer service team, as it allows us to handle a large volume of inquiries without having to rely on human resources. It also allows us to provide quick and accurate responses to our customers, which has been a huge plus.

The multi-channel capabilities of Infoset are also a major upside. Having all of our customer service channels (phone, email, live chat) integrated into one platform makes it so much easier to manage and track customer interactions.

Finally, the call center feature is also fantastic. We have been able to improve our call handling time, as well as monitor and evaluate agent performance with ease.

**What do you dislike about Infoset?**

One aspect that I find unsatisfactory is the reporting feature. While it does provide some useful metrics, I would like to see more detailed data and more options for customization.

Another thing that can be an inconvenience is the occasional slow loading times, especially during periods of high user activity.

The customization options for the chatbot are somewhat limited, I would appreciate more flexibility when creating responses and the flow of the conversation.

It can be challenging to find the relevant information for more complex queries.

**What problems is Infoset solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a first-hand user of Infoset, there are a few areas where I feel that the platform could be improved.

One aspect that I find lacking is the reporting feature. While it does provide some useful metrics, I would like to see more in-depth data and more options for customization.

**What do you like best about Infoset?**

Infoset is an incredibly helpful tool for managing and analyzing large amounts of data. The most helpful aspect of the platform is its ability to connect and integrate data from multiple sources, allowing me to easily access and analyze all of my data in one place. Additionally, the platform has robust reporting and visualization capabilities, which make it easy to understand and communicate key insights from my data.

**What do you dislike about Infoset?**

Infoset is a powerful tool for managing and analyzing large amounts of data, but there are a few downsides to using the platform. One issue I have encountered is that the setup process can be quite complex and time-consuming, especially for users without a technical background. Additionally, the platform's support resources could be more robust, it would be helpful if they provided more detailed documentation and tutorials.

Infoset has been an invaluable tool in helping me solve a variety of business problems related to data management and analysis. One of the main issues I was facing was a lack of visibility into my company's data. **What do you like best about Infoset?**

We were looking for different products for crm, call center and chatbot for our marketplace. We found the infoset that can do it all. 3 in 1! They also made the updates we requested.We are also very happy with the after-sales technical support.I'm sure they will come to a much better place.

We are very happy with all their services. I cannot say any negative comments.

I like the clean and easy-to-use interface. We enjoy using Infoset on a daily basis. Also the onboarding was seamless - we made a smooth transition from our previous CRM.

**What do you dislike about Infoset?**

So far we haven't seen anything that we don't like! We've been waiting for some new features that we asked for, that's all.

We're managing our sales teams as well as our call and live chat channels on Infoset. The omnichannel dashboard allows us to streamline processes and have a better understanding of our customer data.

We're using Infoset's live chat and support solutions. We like how easy it's to manage large volume of support tickets, seamlessly. We also like how the software is improving and new features arriving all the time.

**What do you dislike about Infoset?**

So far so good! We have been using Infoset for the last 6 months and it's been a good experience, we haven't seen anything that we don't like.

**What problems is Infoset solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple products for multiple support channels was a difficult process. Infoset allowed us to manage everything in an all-in-one dashboard and made our customer service more scalable. It has an easy to use interface, which allowed our agents to handle more support tickets per day.

We succeeded in integrating Infoset with our corporate application in a short time and started to use it. 

Infoset's personalization aspect is powerful, and they have got a great product.

The support provided by the Infoset team during the process was also fast and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Infoset?**

Despite being a relatively new product, they often manage to improve the product almost every week. I don't have any negative comments.

Our 360-degree customer support department uses Infoset;
- Integrated with solutions we already use
- Modules in Infoset can talk to each other quite efficiently
- Better pricing if I compare with our old product

We manage our customer service operations on Infoset, integrated to our mobile apps. Infoset allowed our team to have a single source of truth and easily manage everything. We like that it's a pragmatic, easy-to-use solution.

We are expecting App Store and Play Store integration to use Infoset as single user communication platform.
