What do you like best about Informed Decisions?

I especially appreciated the flexibility of Informed Decisions. We were always met with understanding and trying to tend to our needs in the best way without giving up on professionalism. Additionally, I very much liked the periodic reports and meetings where they highlighted biases, keeping us on our toes and consistently trying to improve.
