**What do you like best about Informed Decisions?**

I especially appreciated the flexibility of Informed Decisions. We were always met with understanding and trying to tend to our needs in the best way without giving up on professionalism. Additionally, I very much liked the periodic reports and meetings where they highlighted biases, keeping us on our toes and consistently trying to improve. Their interview platform is convenient, and they were open to hearing our requests for improvements and additional features.

**What do you dislike about Informed Decisions?**

I might want an interview platform that could be more fitting to different kinds of interviews, so we could integrate other interviews into the platform.
