**What do you like best about Applicant Tracking System?**

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is very good for Staffing company and Recruiter where we can update all the detials for Job posting  (IT and Non IT) both , inetrview and client detials and Placements and also we can see our recruiter every month reports.

**What do you dislike about Applicant Tracking System?**

From My point of view ATS dislike is very rare becouse ATS is very easy to use as per other application. I have been useing ATS for years get very good and easy to understand.

**What problems is Applicant Tracking System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is very easy to use and very easy for Job postiong, Interview details, Client details and Placements  Benefits from client  and Internet submission and and client submission also here we keep our candidate data and can get every recruiters reports from ATS. Here we can update about job active and non active both.

Its the best tool to use for any organisation and also for the recruiter, they can save there lot of enery from managing all the data in one place thats why there is no dislike from my side

It is the best cloud-based applicant tracking solution it helps in our recruitement firm. It helps in our teams to streamline the hiring and onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Applicant Tracking System?**

I didn't find any dislike about the ATS tool beacuse it help me to track job postings and also looking for actively quality candidates. It is very helpful to track the candidate data and manage the system.

The most important part i like about the ATS tool is very helpful to manage the candidate data also help me for onboarding process.I can track all the data and also, I can check the best job details.

**What do you like best about Applicant Tracking System?**

First of all I have used ATS and you get over manual work with help of ATS. All things are saved in ATS, from requsition opening to candidate accepting the offer letter and rest more. Life becomes easy by implementing ATS in organization. Easy to use and non technical person can also understand it easily.

**What do you dislike about Applicant Tracking System?**

Sometime saving details or uploading documents take time. Every company has their own complex hiring system and it becomes hard some times to accomodate it in ATS as the cost increses.

**What problems is Applicant Tracking System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual work gets avoided and all things can be saved easily at one place. Saves time. Good for audit purpose as it has complete history of process.
