## About Asset
A spreadsheet for scheduling, a word processing application for purchase orders, an accounting program for billing, maybe an interface to try and tie it all together. You managed to make it all sort of work when your business was small; but now you’ve grown to the point where the duplicated data entry, inefficient processes and customer service snafus are costing you just too much time and money. It’s the only software you need to run your entire business, accounting and administrative, production and operations with crew scheduling and route optimization, sales, estimating, bidding, proposals, contract management and marketing coordination. All tied together with departmental and management reporting. Each department integrates seamlessly with all the others. **What do you like best about Asset?**

I like the detail that goes into this large program but could be more condensed and user friendly. 

**What do you dislike about Asset?**

I don't like that multiple clients can be accidentally made and you can't merge them. There are to many step to get to the end game of what you're trying to do from a data entry part. Constantly reentering the same information even after utilizing the the push person info. The multiple address platform is not easy to use especially from a billing standpoint. Report writing helpful but not easy to manipulate for custom design. 

**What problems is Asset solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not an effective program if you're not utilizing the entire system. Not ideal for small companies.

**What do you like best about Asset?**

Ease of use & quickness of program. Our account managers can use it in the field. Nothing has to be refreshed for a long time. 

**What do you dislike about Asset?**

The length and time & effort it took to get the product into place

**What problems is Asset solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get more clear numbers of our business success and where we might need to work. Before we were generating our own daily reports and Asset generates them automatically now for us.
