Asset™ Software, Implementation/Training, Maintenance & Technical Support

Include Software requires five components with the initial purchase: Asset software, iCREWtek software, Asset Client Portal software, Asset Network Licenses, Advantage Database Server, Annual Maintenance w/ Unlimited Technical Support, and Implementation/Training.

Purchasing Asset grants a perpetual license for use of the software, which means you pay the license fee only one time. With initial purchase Include Software provides all staff hours for the first time implementation using the "Include Learning Management System (iLMS)".

Pricing information for Asset is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Asset must be conducted with the seller.

The subsequent year’s annual maintenance fee will be billed annually on the anniversary date of purchase, and is calculated to be 15% of the current software license cost. This fee is subject to adjustment in future years for inflation and market conditions.
