Workwave client since 2018." 0.5/5 What do you like best about RealGreen by WorkWave? Their support team has screen sharing interface that is very helpful during a support session. But even with their fantastic efforts their software failed my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave? We had to upload the database three separate times, which caused massive delays before we could even start using the software with real clients’ data. Even the simplest tasks take too many steps, making basic workflows feel unnecessarily complicated. The software seems designed to be used by large companies with full time specialized-role operators, in a silo style organization, where you have people specializing in sales, scheduling, receivables, etc. Not a good fit for a single operator running a small business. RealGreen helped me spend almost $11,000 trying to implement their software to make my wallet lighter. We received no benefit from using RealGreen's Service Assistant 5 by Workwave. Very little, unfortunately. The only positive I can point to is that RealGreen by WorkWave is a well-known platform and, in theory, offers a wide range of features across sales, scheduling, and billing. However, in my experience, those features are not practical for a small, owner-operated business. What initially appears to be a robust system quickly becomes difficult to use, with excessive steps required for even basic tasks. The platform seems designed for large companies with multiple departments, not for someone managing all aspects of the business. The concept may be appealing on the surface, but the actual usability and day-to-day functionality did not meet expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I absolutely despise their customer service now that Workwave has purchased Real Green. They are difficult to get ahold of and then they are short and condescending to you!!!!! I have been with Real Green for 30 yrs and the change after Workwave is horrific. If you are a small company trying to pick a new company, DO NOT choose anything with Workwave associated with it, you will regret it. We have used this product for years as we thought they would continue get better. It has not. I was very skeptical when I started at this company because I had experience with Workwave in the past. You can tell that RealGreen by WorkWave was designed with the green industry in mind, the system is very tailored to the needs of the green industry. I personally have been using RealGreen for 8 years and have noticed great improvements over the years- the software is easy to navigate. I personally like that the platform is now web based. Seems like everything is an extra cost, there are great resources to learn about the system but it would be nice to see classes - with quizzes to ensure people are learning from the resources. The best thing about RealGreen is the customer support. They are tenacious in helping customers find a solution to whatever issues are going on with any of their products. They conveniently have a direct line to speak with a representative instead of being on hold for all eternity. MobileLive could contain more information and options for those using it in the field. If those options could allow them to take some of the office tasks, like adding a serivce to a customer's account, that would be extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. In this economy, it is difficult for some customers to pay for more than one invoice at a time. I let the customer support know and although it took a while, they solved the problem. It is user friendly and easy to navigate.The customer support team is also very helpful and knowledgeable when I cannot figure it out on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave? I dislike the new feauture of having to log in to acess the help files. I used them often and seem to always have issues with the new requirement. I cannot get logged in and do not know where the information I need to log in (password) is to find as I have never created one and anything I have tried does not work. It is easy to find everything you are looking for, which makes it even easier to train people on the system, which is always appreciated. We used Service Autopilot prior to RealGreen and I find their email process much better. Estimates go out immediately and their system shows when an email is opened by the customer.
