I'm impressed with away by how easy it is to navigate InboxAlly. Whether I'm doing a new email test, digging into performance data, or managing my lists, everything is right at my fingertips. This has been so amazing for me, saving time spent on administrative tasks and letting me focus on other tasks. The API's flexibility is also noteworthy. I can easily integrate InboxAlly with our existing systems and automate processes that previously took a lot of manual effort. What do you like best about InboxAlly?

What do you dislike about InboxAlly?

We signed up to InboxAlly to warm our domain and gain confidence in deliverability so we could safely roll out a new email feature to our users. Despite clearly sharing our use case and expected volumes upfront, the guidance and pricing shifted repeatedly throughout the engagement.

The solution never really adapted to our constraints, communication happened almost entirely over email with no regular check-ins, and we ultimately didn’t get the visibility or confidence in real-world performance that we were paying for. Late in the engagement, it also became apparent that key domain-level reporting data (e.g. DMARC reports for real, non-seed emails) was missing or incomplete, which further limited our ability to assess actual deliverability.

As a result, the service didn’t solve the core problem it was meant to address, and the cost wasn’t justified for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing & Guidance Consistency: You’re right to call this out if pricing expectations were not clear upfront especially if requirements from your end were laid out. This feedback is valuable and although our sales executives are usually able to very accurately quote the service and pricing, this is something I will investigate in our onboarding process.

Communication & Check-ins: You’re absolutely correct that regular check-ins are critical for complex deliverability scenarios. In your case, email-heavy communication likely wasn’t sufficient nor your preferred means of communication, and we should have proactively suggested more scheduled calls to ensure closer alignment and faster issue resolution.

DMARC Reporting: InboxAlly’s DMARC Analytics dashboard is specifically designed to provide visibility into all sending activity. This reporting includes: SPF and DKIM alignment status, non-compliance patterns, and detailed raw data broken down by source IP and mailbox provider. If this data was incomplete or missing in your account, that indicates a setup issue and we would want to investigate further.

What do you like best about InboxAlly?

I've used InboxAlly to warmup and maintain 6 email domains that I cold email with. These domains continue to be healthy after a year of using them for cold emailing thanks to InboxAlly's help. One domain appeared to be having issues but then improved with InboxAlly's services.
