**What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

I like InboxAlly because it's a great email warm-up software that increases the odds of our emails not going to spam. The email deliverability is really great, which improves our chance to land directly in our target inboxes. It's very easy to use and has improved our email deliverability by 40%, making our link-building campaigns more successful and keeping our clients happy. The initial setup was very easy and seamless, and I appreciate having a great support team that we can ask questions anytime.

I would love to see better documentation of their services feature but it's totally fine since they have a great support team that we can ask anytime whenever we have questions. Probably add more options when availing their services. More cheaper options for small campaigns might be beneficial to users and potentially grow their user base.

**What do you like best about InboxAlly?**

Fabrício was polite and responsive over email. After we raised concerns, Komal re-engaged, offered a discount, and proposed weekly calls to improve communication, which we really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

We signed up to warm our domain and build confidence in deliverability ahead of launching a new email feature. This required a clear, adaptive plan that would generate measurable results and give us confidence to proceed. Our use case was specific, but it was clearly outlined prior to engagement.

Ultimately, we didn’t feel confident that the solution adapted meaningfully to our setup. While we followed the recommendations provided, they did not lead to noticeable improvements in real-world performance or provide the level of clarity we needed to assess readiness.

The team was responsive and professional, and we did receive value from elements such as the seed list. However, we ultimately moved forward with our launch based on external guidance, as the service did not deliver the level of strategic direction we needed for our specific usecase.

InboxAlly aims to support email deliverability by helping warm domains, improve sender reputation, and provide seed-based visibility into inbox placement across major providers. The benefit was having access to a structured seed list and deliverability monitoring, which provided some visibility into placement trends. However, while this offered directional insight, it did not fully translate into the level of real-world performance clarity or launch confidence we were seeking

Communication & Check-ins: You’re absolutely correct that regular check-ins are critical for complex deliverability scenarios. In your case, email-heavy communication likely wasn’t sufficient nor your preferred means of communication, and we should have proactively suggested more scheduled calls to ensure closer alignment and faster issue resolution.

DMARC Reporting: InboxAlly’s DMARC Analytics dashboard is specifically designed to provide visibility into all sending activity. This reporting includes: SPF and DKIM alignment status, non-compliance patterns, and detailed raw data broken down by source IP and mailbox provider. If this data was incomplete or missing in your account, that indicates a setup issue and we would want to investigate further.

I'm impressed with away by how easy it is to navigate InboxAlly. Whether I'm doing a new email test, digging into performance data, or managing my lists, everything is right at my fingertips. This has been so amazing for me, saving time spent on administrative tasks and letting me focus on other tasks. The API's flexibility is also noteworthy. I can easily integrate InboxAlly with our existing systems and automate processes that previously took a lot of manual effort. This capability significantly enhances productivity and allows for more sophisticated email campaigns tailored to our users' behaviors and preferences

I found InboxAlly really helpful for warming up my emails to improve deliverability for my clients' email campaigns. It significantly improved deliverability, which was something I needed. The software was good with tracking and cleaning up emails from my lists, and it also helped generate emails that didn't land in spam folders. One of the standout features was that it made sure the emails being sent out didn't land in spam inboxes. Additionally, the setup was easy because I got assistance from Fabricio, who was knowledgeable about both InboxAlly and Instantly's software.

What I dislike about InboxAlly is that the initial setup can be a bit technical, especially for users who aren’t familiar with DNS records, SMTP configurations, or warmup strategies.

InboxAlly is solving one of the biggest problems in email outreach: poor deliverability. Before using it, many of my emails were landing in spam or the promotions tab, which killed open rates and limited engagement. InboxAlly fixes this by simulating real human interactions like opens, clicks, replies, and moving emails to the inbox so email providers start trusting my domain. As a result, more of my emails now land in the primary inbox, leading to higher open rates, better reply rates, and ultimately, more conversions.

I've used InboxAlly to warmup and maintain 6 email domains that I cold email with. These domains continue to be healthy after a year of using them for cold emailing thanks to InboxAlly's help. One domain appeared to be having issues but then improved with InboxAlly's services.

They also offer email validation credits with the subscription which is helpful, too.

**What do you dislike about InboxAlly?**

The do seem to be a slight premium compared to other providers. There have also been a few instances where the website has appeared to be down/glitchy.

What I like best about InboxAlly is how easy and straightforward it is to use. InboxAlly makes it much easier to get emails into the inbox instead of spam or promotions. I liked how it builds positive engagement signals automatically so we did not have to rely only on warming up accounts manually. The dashboard is simple and you can quickly see how your deliverability improves week by week.

At first it took some time to understand how to connect our sending accounts and adjust the settings. The pricing can also feel steep for smaller businesses who only send low volumes.

It was a bit slow to get an offer but this was because of the holidays.

Has free templates that are really intruitive and is affordable and scalable that grows with the business as it grows

While adding the domains, the records take longer to get verified and approved for sending emails

It is helping us send aunthetication codes to emails of our users when they register an account and also the software is monitoring our email delivery

InboxAlly was very easy to use and a great value for the cost. The people we worked with at InboxAlly were very supportive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Fascilitating the seed campaigns within our marketing automation platform was more involved than I had originally anticipated. However, that was more on driven by the marketing automation platform than InboxAlly itself.

Simple implementation. Mostly set it and forget it. Customer support is very strong and lots of great features.

Sometimes the reporting is a little difficult to understand. Usually this happens when you have a rotating block happening.

Establishing new sending domains.
