Immediation is a platform built for legal practice, hearings and dispute resolution, with best practice video conferencing fully integrated. It can be used as a stand alone app, or with mediators, arbitrators and legally trained clerks to help matters run smoothly. It includes data intake, case administration and management, collaboration and an incredible insights engine with analytics never before seen in the legal market (including all forms of dispute resolution).

**What do you like best about Immediation?**

It's a platform that has been built by lawyers, so it has all the features you need to help get to an outcome and because it's intuitive, it's still incredibly easy to use! You can have up to 50 people in a room and can separate people into smaller rooms. You can negotiate terms and agreements together online which is incredibly useful and a great time saver.

**What do you dislike about Immediation?**

Nothing in particular, the team at Immediation has been great at helping explain things that on the surface appear complex.
