Edgenuity is a rigorous program that is adaptable to allow all students to succeed. The program is very easy to use from an administrative viewpoint, from a teacher viewpoint, and from a student viewpoint. The ability for each student to progress at their own pace - to be successful with great videos and lessons to help them grow. The pace allowed for ease of access at each level. Something I would suggest to change is the title for completing the courses. Our students get confused between complete count and relative grade. Maybe changing those names so students know what exactly the titles are tracking whether that's their work /test completions or the progress they are making to completing the class. I haven't found a lot of downside to Edgenuity. The students have the ability to run bots to complete the courses but Edgenuity is always trying to find ways to deter them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Students don't have to put effort in order to move forward. Click click click and they're done. Finishing is the goal as opposed to learning. Practices can be a bit more "prove understanding" before moving to assignments. More of a thorough walk through hiding through the process. Its comprehensive, standards-aligned courses make the ease of implementation and integration seemless and easy for teachers and students. It offers real-time data tracking which we are able to use to personalize learning, support diverse student needs, and use as motivation for high school students to effectively and efficiently complete their courses. We receive great support from our Customer Success Manager in terms of timeliness, creativity, and problem-solving. Our Professional Learning Specialist has given us what feels like individualized attention, providing useful and targeted staff development on topics we request with the ability to grow this information in our team throughout the school year. The biggest drawback of Imagine Learning Edgenuity is its limited interactivity and engagement tools, which can lead to student disengagement and contributes to a lack of student desire to work in the course. We are looking to move into EdgeEX courses to improve this aspect of usage. Another significant drawback of Imagine Learning Edgenuity is its customer service from the support desk. Their responses are often delayed, citing the need to escalate our request to senior team members. We may have reolution within 1 to 2 weeks of a request. When a answer is received, it can neglect information we citing in our request, it can be inaccurate or unhelpful, making basic suggestions that do not help us resolve our issue.
