The site’s layout is not user-friendly, and I found it took a significant amount of time to figure out how to navigate it effectively. For instance, although there is a page that shows who has and hasn’t completed training, it’s not straightforward to find, and sending reminders is a hassle. There’s no option to email only those who haven’t finished a course; you’re forced to either message the entire group or reach out to each person individually, which is quite inefficient and time-consuming.

I’ve also had ongoing problems with receiving notifications about course completions, even though I’m not supposed to get them. This issue has been unresolved for six months. Additionally, while the platform promotes access to multiple languages, these translations were unavailable for several months. When temporary AI-generated translations were finally provided, they contained some language errors, and sometimes, even if the course content was translated, the assessments were still only in English. Once it's configured and up and running it is very convenient. I took over from another admin who had done the original set up work and had to make some changes. I had never used Ideagen before but found it was quite user firendly and when I struggled I was able to contact customer support who were brilliant and quickly helped me either find a solution or point me in the right direction.
