Iconosquare goes so DEEP into analytics and they're so obsessed with what they do that sometimes it's difficult to select what's important and what translates across multiple platforms (beyond IG for reporting purposes). What do you like best about Iconosquare?

My 9-5 world runs on metrics, performance, quality, and integrity as an indicator of how well a system is... or isn't. Iconosquare gets high marks in all of those areas. Their team provides consistent and patient customer service. While I'm still working through understanding how best to use all the analytics they provide to grow several personal brands, I can honestly say from what I've seen so far they are the gold standard. What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

I previously disliked not knowing when training was occuring, but they recently upgraded their webinar sessions to a calendar where you can choose when to sign up.

I guess 1 dislike maybe managing multiple account plans. I wish there was 1 set price for multiple accounts. However, currently I maintain those accounts at different plan levels so I'm a little torn on whether 1 set plan would work- decisions, decisions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
