The implementation team was very flexible - which is a negative in this case as they didn't advise on best practices and we ended up spending a long time undoing what we had implemented. Also, very lengthy implementation and onboarding process. Whether you are on the procurement team, legal team or commercial management team you will be able to search for key risk issues and deliverables. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of the AI features for vendor contract reviews. The software is very helpful in finding and reporting on key attributes in the legacy contracts. Once the information is in the system, you will no longer have to do large "contract review" sessions to find out what was agreed to previously. You can just run a report on the areas that are concerning. **What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?** The contract approval processes can get way too granular if you are not careful. There can be a number of loops and approvals that are required if stakeholders are not willing to delegate approval authority during the negotiation process. Additionally the email communications in the tool are quite chatty especially if you leave all of them on. The downsides of the Icertis tool is that as it stands it does not fix broken processes in the contract review and approval process. And if the implementation team does not get the authority to improve the processes. We have been able to search and find numerous different contracts especially if they had previously been filed or named incorrectly. Clause Library/ Clause Deviation , With the help of Icertis Contract Management System this help our lawyers to know which clauses has been deviated and helps them to review the contract easily. 3. Audit Trail, if you are the end user you also need to know where did your request go, what is the progress, who has the current contract. Almost everything can be done on the fly except Contract Types. It's possibly one of the worst modern SaaS applications I've seen in this regard. For example, would have preferred the name of the button to be "Submit", instead of "Review". End users of the tool are not very familiar with Legal terminologies all the time, they find it a little difficult to interpret some of the UI terminologies. 2) Need more out of the box reports. We also have Power BI so when I saw that Icertis was going to be able to make the link to Power BI I was very excited.
