"One of the best Contract Management System"

What do you like best?

The best feature that we saw in the ICM is as follows: 1st: Clause comparison/Deviation, currently in Philippines most of Legal department reviews the whole contract manually thus it takes too long to review and can affect the end-user's SLA to publish the contract to the vendor. 2nd Readily contract template, since templates has already been reviewed and finalized by the Legal this fasten the processing on authoring a contract. 3rd is Version control/QR code, in a manual contract mostly all signatories needs to put their initials per page in order to secure authenticity thus it is also additional work for the signatories but with the ICertis help it each contract document has its own QR code and can be check thru phone with this the signatories safely signed in the last page of the contract.

What do you dislike?

It is our first time purchasing a contract management system, We still don't know the downside of the system since what we experience is that the ICertis Contract Management Software is flexible and can accommodate all our needs.

If you're company wants to improve your contract processing from manual to automatic process then be sure to choose ICertis Contract Management Software as they will help you to properly organize your system /process structure and will support you at any given time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mostly problems that has been solve by ICetris is as follows:

1. Setting up Standard Contract Template, In our company our legal team is compose of 10-15 lawyers, 3 out of 15 lawyers can received the same contract agreement for their review thus having different versions of the templates.

2. Clause Library/ Clause Deviation , With the help of Icertis Contract Management System this help our lawyers to know which clauses has been deviated and helps them to review the contract easily.

3. Audit Trail, if you are the end user you also need to know where did your request go, what is the progress, who has the current contract. This audit trail helps us to check the history and changes made in the contract.

4. Version Control , QR code help us to identify if the contract is authentic.

5. Organization Structure, Icertis also helps us to properly organize the structure for our contract by segregating them per process/BU's.

6. Setting up the Vendor's obligation, this help us to monitor if the vendor is complying with its requirements once contract has been executives. Also it helps us to see the completion milestone.

"Worlds no 1 Software for Contract Management "

What do you like best?

ICM is very user Friendly , easy to understand and very great experience for contract management life-cycle.

It makes contract management very easy and effective. Various of ICM reports provide the best KPI's. Approval process for Contract is very easy. It tracks deviation into clauses , tracks changes into metadata, tracks all History of a contract throughout its life-cycle. I aslo available on MObile platforms.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to say about ICM it is best product in Market. It will give very good hands on experience it makes life easy of user. It also helps to legal department to track all the contract changes and attribute changes and much more.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

ICM is best to use provides very great experience o user. An Organization should use ICM for best contract management practice. It helps the legal, procurement , finance, Head of organization to make their life easy .

It is most recommended software for all type of organizations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is best for Contract Management, very user friendly , easy to handle critical Contracts, Gives best KPI's, ou can design your won KPi's. Best approval workflow, Deviation tracking, review on Contract, E- signature for internal and external these are some good points available in ICM . Also it provide various costume reports, user can design its won reports based on smart search options. It also accessible on mobile phones so your work will not get stuck any point of time.

"Good product to manage all of Contract Management requirements. "

What do you like best?

ICM is Cloud based and was easy to integrate with Salesforce. Someone who is already using Salesforce does not needs to move to a new interface.

For people who do not have Salesforce, the core ICM UI is user friendly and they simply integrate with your Active Directory.

The best part about ICM is scalability.

What do you dislike?

Have been using the application for just over 3 months, it has been a good experience as of now, the trainers from Icertis are helpful - may have something for this section after playing around for a few more months.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

ICM is suitable for both:

1) Customers who have never used a Contract Management solution

2) Customers who are using Contract Management solution but are facing challenges with support/overall scalability on new contract types.

ICM is not that difficult to implement with the help of partners and they have a "train the trainer" kind of training which helps you to be self sufficient Admin user. They do give you continuous support post Go-live.

My suggestion would be to go ahead talk to the ICM sales team and see how well the ICM fits your needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are implementing ICM for our customers and act as a Consultant. The application is scalable and provides us(including the end customer) a structured experience during implementations.

After using the application, one case easily use one template for multiple type of agreements - you can build up a clause library and use the same clause in multiple places. ICM is flexible and helps us manage a lot without doing a lot.

"Intuitive & Flexible CLM Solution"

What do you like best?

One of the best things about Icertis is the flexibility that the solution offers whether it be with the configuration, integrations or user interface. This tool has the ability to digitalise any type of contract from Procurement to Employee to NDA. This means, for us as SGBD, the scope for future development is limitless.

What do you dislike?

At this stage there isn't anything I dislike about the tool

Make sure the tool's functionalities and capabilities fit your business case and you are comfortable with the UI.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are implementing Icertis as part of a larger digitalisation project, a number of benefits we are looking to realise include reduction in cycle times, ability to report on contract data and improved security and governance regardng the contracts.

"Icertis for software licensing contracts"

What do you like best?

We use Icertis to manage contracts worldwide for our high volume software licensing programs. We chose Icertis due to their ability to support our requirements out of the box. Our contracting model presents many possible variations based on customer geography, industry, and other attributes. Icertis enabled us to dynamically handle these variations in a performant and reliable way. Support along the way was excellent and Icertis is built on Azure which enabled the scale we needed to be successful.

What do you dislike?

Setting up localized clauses/templates took more time than anticipated. We would have like more ability to do bulk content uploads to support our localized variations. We did investigate using the localization module that Icertis offers, but we have not implemented that as a solution yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We invested in an additional implementation support contract which helped ease our on-boarding and deployment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Icertis was critical to handling more complex customer licensing scenarios as well as geographic expansion. With Icertis, we were able to dramatically expand the customers we could address thereby growing our revenue. Icertis also enabled us to simplify contract management which was previously an engineering effort and now is a simple configuration change through the ICM contract management UI.

"Icertis user experience"

What do you like best?

In my experience with Icertis I have found the user interface to be top notch. The customization of the dashboard allows user to get a personal experience and allows them the ability to have quick access to the things that are important to them. The help articles and videos are a great added bonus. The Icertis Freshdesk is very helpful in answering questions and provides answers very quickly.

What do you dislike?

The lack of having a signing module within Icertis and having to use a third party provider for this service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Contract storage. One of the benefits that I have found most rewarding is the search-ability of contracts. I am able pull data in a few minutes that would have taken me hours before. The reporting is also extremely helpful when trying to determine how we are negotiating with our suppliers.

"What a great experience with the Icertis Team and Users"

What do you like best?

It was exciting to see how other companies use the Icertis system. It was nice to meet the people from Icertis that we have talked to over the last year. Hearing the challenges and successes of others helped to inspire new ideas for our system. Hearing from other users of the system was very interesting. We had some many issues with adoption when rolling out and it was kind of refreshing to hear that other companies have the same issues and how they were able to get the buy in that was necessary. Each company was using the system in a different way but we also use Sales Force so that sparked an idea that maybe we could have Icertis used for our Sales Force. We also have Power BI so when I saw that Icertis was going to be able to make the link to Power BI I was very excited. The reports in the system are not very easy to run so as soon as we can link to Power BI we will.

What do you dislike?

It is thoughtful to have a nice hotel but this hotel was so expensive I didn't feel right having our company pay for such an expensive room for one night. I think it would be nice to have more time to hear from the Icertis team about the system. How they manage the Soft Desk - what can we as customers do to submit a better ticket. Should there be more information contained in the ticket so that it can be address timely without a lot of back and forth.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The Icertis team listens to your needs and helps you to configure the system so that you can get what you need. They are easy to work with and they want you to end up with the product that you envisioned. Icertis is very supportive during implementation. They are responsive and want to make sure that any issues that occur as testing is going on, it is corrected quickly. There is no other software company that I have worked with that has a more responsive knowledgeable help desk staff.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Icertis has allow us to have a single repository for our contracts across the country. We have visibility to insurance status for every contract, this is very import to our Risk department. We can also track and report out DBE goals using the system. It has helped us to get our DBE reporting in one place and visibility to Legal and Internal Audit. Our Board of Directors has mandated a system where we can track DBE compliance. The Board has been very happy with the reports and that everyone is using Icertis for DBE compliance. We have notifications that go to field engineers so that they can do their CUF (commercial useful function) checklists on a timely basis.

"ICM - best product"

What do you like best?

Configuration, Flexibility, Potential for customization, better than competitions' products

What do you dislike?

Icertis forces you to rethink your workflows.

This is the best product I have used so far.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Improve processing SLA - prior to Icertis, we did not have a defined process for handling our SLAs

- We have also experienced revenue recognition with the help of Icertis where as before we were not aware of some of the rev rec

- Visibility into vendor discounts. Prior to Icertis, we were not aware if/when we were eligible for a bulk discount from a vendor. Icertis helps us get more visibility into these discounts.

-The all-up contracting process is more transparent and we can see exactly what the status is on any given contract and who the approver is so we can accelerate time to value in our contracts.

"Transforming our End to End Procurement Process"

What do you like best?

This solution is very easy to use and to configure insuring a seamless End to End Source to Contract process implementation. It allows also process optimization and automation

What do you dislike?

I have nothing to report. The solution has been very well quoted by our users during a given plateau phase

"Icertis integration with Salesforce "

What do you like best?

We are a leading aviation company that integrates Icertis with our instance of Salesforce to house and execute thousands of contractual agreements. Using a powerful cloud-based platform, Icertis accommodates for numerous product templates and contract types required by our business. Icertis helps to streamline the contracts lifecycle process with sophisticated approval routing and tracking, efficient document version control and robust search capability. A highly responsive and knowledgeable technical support team allows our on-site Icertis administrators to provide excellent customer service to the sales team. In addition, our Icertis account team partners with us on system enhancements and upgrades as our needs change and evolve.

What do you dislike?

Enhancements can take a while to complete depending on the coding involved. The UAT environment isn't always stable as changes are being made although more recently, customers have the option to purchase a third environment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Automating the entire contract lifecyle and building a single repository to house contracts.

"I use Icertis for purchase agreement creation and execution"

What do you like best?

Central location of documents, electronic signature, compatibility with MS Word. Attachment capability is a great feature , record retention. I like the dashboard, instant view of status and document creation performance metrics.

What do you dislike?

Lack of speed, Lack of confidence uploading and downloading documents and retaining changes. It seems to have a mind of its own pulling previous document versions. The naming convention/search feature doesn't save. Also default to 32 page viewing should be the default view vs. selecting page view each time. I will create hundreds of agreements along with many colleagues, and searching would be much faster.

"Game changer for our company"

What do you like best?

Ease of use, leading technology in the CLM world, great support and interaction with us as a customer, they seek our input on what is needed/wanted. Adapted well to some of our specific needs. Work flows for approvals specific to our needs is a huge win for us in this system. Icertis support/help desk is the most responsive I have worked with in any IT area.

What do you dislike?

Some of the User interfaces require a few too many clicks to reach the desired function or record. We have found the interface with Docusign to be cumbersome and so we use it outside the system. Part of that is due to our own internal habits and processes for providing documents to our customers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A full featured CLM platform that is administered by the customer and has extremely good support. Icertis is working to provide leading edge tech in their platform using ML and AI to automate the contracting process. Strong customer support and interaction with all levels of Icertis to insure we are getting the tools we need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Control of the contracting process and those who have access to various types of agreements. A much improved approval flow and document repository. We are achieving faster turn around on contracts.

"A really good software "

What do you like best?

Icertis has a design that really makes you want to work, the dashboard and the storage capacitiesare really nice too.

It is also very easy to update contracts and track changes and updates.

What do you dislike?

For me there is almost nothing that causes me problems in this software... In my company I am not the only one to work with and none of us has any problem...

Nothing.. Do not hesitate to work with this software...

"Great Solution"

What do you like best?

Having a repository for the contracts. This will provide a seamless transition as people move out and into their positions and allow them to access the contracts without hesitation

What do you dislike?

Still so new to the program so difficult to say. At the moment everything looks great, so no complaints.

Providing a view only access to allow team associated with the contracts, but not needing to update anything, access to see and review contracts as needed.

"Icertis CLM with Salesforce"

What do you like best?

Icertis is very robust and all aspects of the contract are right at your fingertips. No searching for files or losing versions. You can review the complete approval process, who signed, where it sits currently, the next steps. The best part is that icertis seamlessly links with Salesforce. You can work entirely in Salesforce and manage all phases of the contract from within an opportunity.

What do you dislike?

Reporting and ability to easily export data, but that is changing with the new analytics.

"User Friendly"

What do you like best?

The easiness to work with this tool. The dashboard is pretty straight forward and on top of that the help link is extremely detailed. When I was first learning to use the tool, the help button gave me detailed information on everything I needed.

What do you dislike?

No complaints so far and I only heard great things from the rest of the team.

Contract management is much more efficient now. There is no time wasted in sending e-mails back and forth. Contracts can be accessed from anywhere.

"Nice platform to share, organize and track documents."

What do you like best?

Very helpful to be able to assign tasks and track the process of contract finalization.

What do you dislike?

There is some duplication with current systems.

I would recommend icertis if you have a lot of stakeholders involved in your contracts as well as if you have numerous contracts and you need to keep track of them all in one concise place. It's also nice to be able to assign tasks and insert commitments.

This is helping us to move contracts through our process quicker and keep records of edits. Outside stakeholders are also recognizing that this tool is helpful and time saving for them as well.

"iCertis thoughts"

What do you like best?

I like the dashboard and storage capabilities and how you can save your redlined contract versions in a bank in each contract folder.

What do you dislike?

I am most definitely not a fan of how the only person who can upload a template is an administrator. Also, sometimes you get forced out of the program with a greyed-out screen when adding new companies/clients and have to start over.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is great for smaller businesses, but the time-out issues and the buggy email alerts are tough in a fast-paced office with short deadlines.

"Good for our needs"

What do you like best?

I like the centralized nature and ease at which we can create agreements. The integration with DocuSign is a key component that is seamless.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that to accurately account for all contract terms on third party paper you have to essentially create a new document in their system filling out all of the applicable terms. I wish, and I think it's coming, that one could just upload a third party document and the system recognizes the important terms.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is great for expediting review and signatures on smaller internal templates. It struggles a little when asked to do a ton with more involved contracts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ease at which we create NDAs and other documents is great. The feedback I've received internally is that the system is way less of a burden than sending it around manually via email.

"Makes Sales Life Easy"

What do you like best?

It made such a difference in my productivity to have access to all my customer Master Agreements and SOW available to me any time of the day or night.

What do you dislike?

Really nothing to dislike at this time. All my info is at my fingertips when I need it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Having all your agreements/contracts in one place has literally saved me so much time and made me productive. I no longer wait to get the most recent MSA or SOW from administrators that work in different time zones.

" Streamline contract lifecycle"

What do you like best?

It is a holistic solution which is very imperative for an any-scale organization. It ensures that the lifecycle of all types of contracts is streamlined and managed in a best-structured manner.

What do you dislike?

I would quote here my personal encounter with ICM and the asks that would have been cherry on top for me. First, though Icertis supports multi-languages, limited to geographies outside India. Support for regional languages would have been an added advantage. Secondly, an effective OCR capability built it would have been very useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is certainly the best of the lost. However, the pricey amongst all.

We are just in the project kick-off stage and have not gone far on this bit.

"My job is now easier!!"

What do you like best?

This is a very efficient way for me to process agreements that has eliminated a lot of chasing of people for approvals and information.

What do you dislike?

Have had issues with some notifications going to spam. Otherwise a great product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am now able to process agreements much faster and the process is standardized and efficient.

"My Personnal thoughts"

What do you like best?

Since i use this product it make me save a lot of time that's why i really appreciate it, the automated process also is very useful and the app wich auto fill the informations for receipts thats a really nice feature !

What do you dislike?

The only thing i d'ont really like is when you have a transaction problem it take a certain time t because its not automatic

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to work within the software. It's also nice how all the information I need to review is in one spot and can be accessed so easily.

What do you dislike?

I do think to help get employees up and running faster a basic level of training would be beneficial.

Icertis allows one spot to keep documentation and information that needs to be shared with multiple internal and external teams.
