**What do you like best about Iceberg PCI Program Manager?**

Iceberg PCI Programe Manager has been useful to me in helping me have a consolidated documentation of PCI compliance i ServiceNow. It has helped in improving the handleing of annual assessment and also assist in the coordination with our own internal security assessors (ISAs)

**What do you dislike about Iceberg PCI Program Manager?**

We use third-party applications for vulnerability scanning and vendor risk management as part of our team. iceberg apci adoes not allow for easy transfer of data with these tools and we have to key in data from other systems.

**What problems is Iceberg PCI Program Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iceberg PCI Program Manager has provided us with a more organised way of handling our PCI compliance documentation in Servicenow. It does away with the need for filing systems and enhances the process of engaging with the internal teams.
