Our team has benefited significantly from the automated questionnaires and the automated approval process, compared to the previous, manual approach. **What do you dislike about i2B Connect?** I get the impression it is missing certain levels of granularity if you will for spend classification and spend analysis. The key problem is that one cannot break down the expenses by product type, which greatly hinders the potential for cost optimization. **What problems is i2B Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before implementing i2B Connect, the procure-to-pay cycle of Ascend was full of serious inefficiencies. i2B Connect has brought some of these tasks online, which has helped me reduce the time I spend on such tasks. ### 2. Automated questionnaires and document management are very efficient compared to manual system which we have used before. **What do you dislike about i2B Connect?** As such, I believe there is a lack of granularity that will be essential when conducting detailed spend analysis. Sometimes I require analysis using other programs or excel sheets for further break downs of suppliers’ performances or costs. **What problems is i2B Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through i2B Connect, we have been able to enhance the way in which procure to pay cycle is executed.
