This mobile application, I.AM.RETAILER, has a remarkable performance. The simplicity of the user interface has made the process of application development easier for me and the process of installation has equally been made easier. The fact that I can add my logo and colour emblems-strictly according to my specification, makes it feel as though it is my company’s product. Thanks to the stay connected feature which includes stock inventories, and sales monitoring, and updated systems management, I can continue to run operations whilst on the go. The customer support has been wonderful, very supportive and respectful. While the application is rather straightforward to use, there are a few areas which can be advanced. More specifically a first time user of the application should have more robust e-learning dot attachment, which can also enable them to use the application efficiently. Nevertheless, I strongly assert that I.AM.RETAILER is a wonderful application for small entrepreneurs who wish to enhance mobile commerce.
