&lt;p&gt;In regulated manufacturing, I’d pay particular attention to how validation is built into each phase rather than treated as a final go-live exercise. That makes Athentis Consulting’s food and beverage experience especially relevant here. A phased rollout becomes much more meaningful when validation, traceability, and production continuity are planned together from the start.&lt;/p&gt;
