We are developing an HRM software of the same name that combines all HR, recruiting, and OKR processes in one system. ## HURMA Reviews ### 1. Affordable cost while covering all core HR processes. **What do you dislike about HURMA?** I didn’t like the interface — it doesn’t look attractive or modern. There’s no option to configure unlimited vacation or sick leave, and no ability to run performance reviews through HURMA. API integrations with job sites in the recruiting module not user-friendly. It was difficult to set up candidate response templates, and the candidate database was generally inconvenient! For recruiting, it’s better to look for other tools. **What problems is HURMA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Org Structure, Time-Offs regulation, personnel records maintaining, Full cycle of Recruiting (but it was inconvenient) ### 2. applicant tracking system with extended HR analitics and time management function **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Andrii L. | Product Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023 **What do you like best about HURMA?** Hurma is one of the best applicant tracking systems, with a logical flow compatible with Linkedin. HS has built-in capabilities also for time tracking and tools for project objectives control. It is very logical and easy to learn. We used HS for work calendar tracking and days leave count for any project we were onboarding people for full-time work. Good thing is cross accessibility to profiles within teams. **What do you dislike about HURMA?** The most disappointing is a systematic feature, but it is actually for all the competitive software for applicant tracking, time tracking and team management tools - they do not have all the features that provide any ERP system. So for 1 business process (services we have), you need 2-3 different systems to be logged in and export data. First you log in Hurma for work calendar management and applicant tracking, next to Jira to set project objectives, further to Quick Books to get your accounting done and finally banking application to set payroll payments. Most modern ERPs give all these capabilities in one package. I wouldn't say I like the aggressive color palette of Hurma. Hurma is expensive regarding subscription costs and reduced capabilities to manage payroll and payments. Good to have scientifically based tests, for example, by TestGorilla to be built in, I suppose, is more reasonable than self-done polls. **What problems is HURMA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We mostly used it as a time tracking tool [work schedule for full-time employees], applicant tracking and onboarding instrument. ### 3. For me, it is essential to use clear, attractive, and fast tools, and I have to say I've found all these characteristics in Hurma system. **What do you dislike about HURMA?** It would be more convenient if they had a mobile app as well. **Recommendations to others considering HURMA:** Easy to use HRM system **What problems is HURMA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hurma automated 90% of our routine HR tasks and provided a convenient centralized information center to help our teams stay in touch and our HR-managers to keep the hand on the company pulse. For example, automated CV parsing from LinkedIn and a variety of text formats was literally a godsend for our recruiters, as it freed up quite a lot of their time. ### 4. The system also allows sending notifications to the whole teams at once, which is much more convenient than phoning them one by one **What do you dislike about HURMA?** Hurma cannot import CV directly from Monster and Indeed **Recommendations to others considering HURMA:** 10 NPS **What problems is HURMA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a system able to work equally well for lots of offices in different countries, and Hurma provided exactly that ### 5. HRM system **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dmitri M. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2020 **What do you like best about HURMA?** Hurma is an end-to-end HRM system that covers the needs of recruiting, HR and company strategic management **What do you dislike about HURMA?** Hurma does not work with any corporate training system, although they promised to integrate with some LMS in the future **What problems is HURMA solving and how is that benefiting you?** The initial phase of inserting all employee details into Hurma was relatively quick, as the system was able to parse this data from a variety of formats we were storing it in. Hurma support specialists helped us move our employee database to the system very quickly and helped our personnel learn the ropes with the system in just a couple of days.
