Low value contact database – The “knowledge base” of contact emails is unreliable, with a high bounce rate that wastes both time and sending reputation. Limited geographic relevance – Most of the accurate data seems focused on France; for other markets the coverage is poor.

Weak analytics – The statistics provided are extremely basic, very general, and not filterable in a way that supports serious campaign optimization.

Slow customer support – Even as a paying customer, we often waited days for a reply, which is frustrating when time-sensitive issues arise.

I was a bit confused by the "credits" in the beginning. They are based on the contacts imported and not on contacts in the campaign. Its not a problem but its good to know.
