Great Customer Data and Persona BuildingTool **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Andrew W. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024 **What do you like best about HUCKLE?** Love that HUCKLE allows you to upload records of your own, existing customer list allowing you to gain insight to their demographics, behaviors, and psychographic characteristics. We had a very basic concept of our core personas, however this didn't easily translate to activating campaigns around them. HUCKLE was easy to use and within a minute gave us data about our current customers that we had never had or even considered possible. Implementing this into our marketing practices was super easy and within a few minutes we were able to build out segments and import those into our Mailchimp campaigns and Facebook Ad campaigns. Getting setup was a few clicks, their customer support team answered a few questions and we were off to the races. We'll be using this tool to help support all of our marketing campaigns moving forward and will be a regular staple for our team. **What do you dislike about HUCKLE?** Not much to complain about at this point other than additional support to fully maximize how we're using the tool. We set time with our support team and will continue doing more onboarding to get the most bang for our buck. More of a positive than a negative, but they shared some of the upcoming integrations they'll be adding to the tool and it's going to be a game changer. No other tool on the market we've used or know of can directly map to the targeting parameters of ad platforms, but the team at HUCKLE figured this out and it saves us countless hours on campaign setup. Excited to see once those additional integrations roll out. **What problems is HUCKLE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We struggled with fully understanding who our existing customers were and how to find similar people like them with our ad targeting. HUCKLE gave us tons of data about who our customers are, and what types of common traits they had and how to target more people like them. At the end of the day they gave us confidence that we were spending our money in the right places, targeting the right people. It's been an invaluable tool for our startup. ### 2. Uploading our client information is quick and easy. Huckle is able to solve so many of our clients problems when it comes to determining their target audience. **What do you dislike about HUCKLE?** Having a campaign builder would be beneficial to have an all in one app. **What problems is HUCKLE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Huckle has really helped us solve a problem that has faced our clients for many years. Determining their target audience has been a challenging process, but with Huckle, we’ve gained a clear understanding of their primary audiences and can now create targeted marketing strategies to reach a high-quality audience effectively. An example of how Huckle helped us simplify our work and create effective marketing strategies is creating a Meta campaign for one of our clients that targets specific demographics and interests, directly informed by the results of the Huckle analysis. Our objective was to drive traffic to the site and generate new sign-ups. With the Meta campaign, we saw 1,160 new signups and reached about half a million potential customers that fit our target audience.
