They said they canceled my account, and then I got billed again. I disputed the charge and told their team to cancel my account. Again, they didn't cancel. Today for the third time, I told them to cancel my account after I was charged again, and now I have to talk to my bank again and tell them to not only dispute the charge but block any future charges. Finally, they said they'd issue me a refund, but only for a tiny portion of the $500 charge that went through 17 hours ago. These people are a nightmare to deal with. We built organic hype for our latest project - Tradefluence - in the pre-launch phase with Viral Loops. Within 24 hours of launching our campaign on Viral Loops, we had over 5K signed up users. This quadrupled by months' end! Most impressive of all: we didn't use any other services or paid advertising. Viral Loop's "Robinhood" loop and word of mouth were enough to get us where we needed to go. I couldn't have asked for a better pre-launch product. **What do you dislike about Viral Loops?** When our campaign first went live, the Viral Loops logo appeared in the footer of some of the emails. This should not have happened, as we paid for the white-label service. To their credit, the Viral Loops team immediately corrected the issue and even followed up with my by phone to make sure everything was okay. Besides this minor technical issue, I do not have any complaints. And the way their customer service team handled the situation made feel even more assured that we were in good hands than before. Overall 100% satisfied. **What problems is Viral Loops solving and how is that benefiting you?** For context, here's our situation: we are a fintech peer-to-peer marketplace app currently in pre-launch. Since Day 1, we committed to growing our waitlist to at least 20K organically - rather than pay for Ads or sponsored posts. Viral Loops helped us achieve this goal by allowing people to join our waitlist, then refer their friends to it via their unique referral links. This way, we were able attribute signups to specific people and reward them with prizes post-launch. Without Viral Loops, the alternative would've been a patchwork solution of other tools... Viral Loops made our lives infinitely easier but putting everything we needed in one place, seamlessly. It took 162 emails back and forth to get this set up on my page, even with a web developer. It was the messiest installation I've ever seen with clueless customer service. They constantly send you links to articles they've written (to help their SEO, not their customer) even when you've read these articles and they do not answer your questions. They were also incredibly rude and continued to tell me that any help was outside of the scope of my payment plan, but I could upgrade to get better customer support. After my campaign was finally up and running, their fraud detection flagged every single referral, even when it was painfully obvious there was zero risk. I had to manually go through each one and determine the risk myself.
