Viral Loops is spot on for what we needed. The tracking is super reliable, and the HubSpot integration is seamless, which made everything flow nicely. We got a campaign up and running within the first couple of days of signing up, and it worked like a charm. No messing around - just solid tech that does what it’s supposed to. What do you dislike about Viral Loops?

The setup wasn’t hard from a tech perspective, but figuring out the right referral campaign to start with took a bit of trial and error. To be fair, they offer a free onboarding session, which we skipped - but looking back, we probably should’ve taken them up on it. What do you like best about Viral Loops?

As a prelaunch application, Viral Loops has been fantastic and I highly recommend it to other startups trying to build a proof of concept / proof of consumer interest. The VL team has made edits to the widgets easy even for non-technical users. As we needed to quickly adapt our messaging to target new audience subgroups, this flexibility was important. What do you like best about Viral Loops?

Easy to use, nice UX, possibility to plug and play with Iterable which is a big plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viral Loops?

Lack of customisation for other languages than english. Some parts can't be edited without going through support which is problematic. We also had issue with multi languages where one language would switch from campaign to campaign. Might be that only one non english could be edited and it would change it for every campaign.
