Their little AI chatbot is useless, and the Support@hubstaff email people are somehow worse. Every time tracking app works fine, but when something goes wrong you want quick support. Hubstaff will cost you more time and money and efficiency if anything goes wrong. It also tells you if the time tracked was productive work or non-productive.
