The general pricing is also very favorable. It also has its own incorporated AI agent that helps with onboarding. **What do you dislike about Hubleto?** The UI can be a bit overwhelming for a first time user, because the software houses so many features to use, but these can be toogled on/off. Performance is pretty standard, but occasionally I recieve short delays, but these things are significantly less frequent with the version 1.0. **What problems is Hubleto solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Hubleto primarily as CRM and time managment tool. The CRM is pretty complex, I can track leads, schedule, meetings, make email campaigns, push deals, set up invoicing all at the one place. Unlike many closed‑source all‑in‑one business platforms, I can spin‑up isolated local test instances without heavy vendor‑locked restrictions. Since every SME customer configures their modules differently, I can enable or disable individual components one by one to mirror each client’s actual production setup. Not long ago I replicated the exact module stack for a regional wholesale client who ran sales, order processing and accounting modules while keeping HR features disabled.
