There is no option to alter your vacation request once submitted. If there is, I couldn't find it, and I looked around for a long time. For example, I realized I booked slightly wrong days. It is not a simple process to adjust.

Aswell, Org Chart & Directory could be consolidated into one feature. They don't have the most intuitive search as it is. Not a user friendly experience on these 2 tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature that I regularly use such as the holiday/team calendar, finding my payslips one place, easy to apply for time off. Besides these main features I do not use more of HRWize so I cannot comment much beyond this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the fact that it still has some bugs like -- some folders in my profile show 10 documents and even after I've read them the folder still shows 10 documents. Again I'm not a super user so there's not much I can say here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that HRWize has worked very well with my team to create the API connections needed to automate a lot of our L&D LMS work. HRwize is a lot more flexible than its larger competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
