Any minor gaps are more than outweighed by the time it saves and how smoothly it handles HR queries. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

The Punch-in and Punch-out feature works perfectly whether I'm working from the office or remotely during WFH, which saves a lot of time and confusion. Everything is available in one place, like viewing payslips, attendance, applying for leaves, checking the calendar, and assigned tasks or holidays. I find the task management and appraisal forms well organized and easy to access, making it simple to track responsibilities or performance updates. It's a user-friendly and reliable tool clearly designed with employees in mind. HRSS360 has significantly improved productivity and transparency, and it's a great tool for managing both HR and daily work tasks efficiently. I enjoy the task management and easy-to-access UI, which is very user-friendly and precise. There are separate sections for all features, and it isn't confusing or hard to understand, saving time and making it a reliable option.
