HRSoftware.me is a cloud-based HRIS and E-Signature solution combined that is ridiculously easy to use and enhances company communications and culture while handling many of the ever increasing HR Compliance regulations, laws, restrictions, document requirements and notifications required by law. Employees can login to their own dashboard answering their own questions about benefits, requesting time off and HR Related questions. They can also update their own information. And all employee updates are displayed on a single screen for your review and confirmation. With E-Signature built-in, get documents signed in minutes, not days. And the E-Signature system works for anyone with an email address, not just employees. So contracts or anything that needs to be signed and archived are handled. The Executive Dashboard offers a simple interface with charts and graphs allowing management to make informed decisions on risk mitigation and monitor the costs of benefits being offered. HRSoftware.me also reduces or eliminates paperwork and the related security risks that they create.
