**What do you like best about HRDocket?**

Before using HRDocket, keeping track of employee records meant piecing things together from downloadable templates I'd reused for years, a shared drive full of half-updated files, and whatever I could dig up from old email threads when someone needed a document I couldn't immediately find. HRDocket changed that by giving every employee one actual record that everything connects to, so I'm not hunting through five different places to answer a simple question about someone's file.
The document generation and expiration alerts is the part I use constantly. Instead of opening an old Word file and manually swapping out names and dates (and hoping I didn't miss updating something), I can generate document or a contract in a few minutes and know it's actually correct for our situation. It's cut down a genuinely annoying chunk of my week. The incident log feature also comes in handy. Pricing is also refreshingly upfront, I could see exactly what I'd be paying before committing to anything, which wasn't the case with a couple of other tools I looked at first.

**What do you dislike about HRDocket?**

It's very good at HR documentation and employee records specifically, but that also means it doesn't try to be everything. I'd like to see payroll and compensation management added at some point, right now I'm still handling that separately, which means HRDocket isn't quite a one-stop shop yet for someone who wants a single system for all of HR. HRDocket complement HRIS tools and payroll platforms and replaces fragmented office tools. Instead of managing employee documents across scattered tools like Microsoft Word, emails, personal desktops, and unstructured cloud drives, HRDocket pulls all of these functions into a single, unified workspace.

**What problems is HRDocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly it's cut down the manual side of HR paperwork, drafting documents by hand, tracking down old files, keeping records straight across different employees. The message broadcast is simple but very good for me. I don't call workers on phone again or send emails. One broadcast is sent and I can use it as evidence later if employee denies, same as the policy acknowledgement. I spend noticeably less time on the administrative parts of the job now, which means more time actually dealing with people instead of paperwork.

  ### 2. More Than a Document Generator, Keeps HR Records Organized in One Place

**What do you like best about HRDocket?**

What I like most is that it feels like more than just another document generator. You can create the document, but you can also keep it with the employee's record and manage other HR tasks from the same place. That makes things feel much more organized, especially compared to dealing with separate files. At least this separate it from generic document generators and provide more value

**What do you dislike about HRDocket?**

I’m still getting used to some parts of the platform, so there was a bit of a learning curve at first. Since it has several features beyond document generation, it can take some time to understand where everything fits. A few more in-app guides or walkthroughs would make it easier for new users to get started. Thier forum community seem under construction so email is the only means of contacting support. Also the incident log is good but will be better with conflict resolution features.

**What problems is HRDocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I kinda manage 12 employees and it's a solo business. Initially all documents were not organized as I had several documentation I didn't even remember and they were chaotic especially if I had to scan google doc for document history. Since using hr docket I am proud to say every documentation is just a centralized spot I can pull at once. I expiration alerts on document is also of key thing to me. Since my job require a lot of paperwork, this came handy and helps a lot.
