**What do you like best about HR Solutions?**

I appreciate HR Solutions for their faster hiring turnaround and improved candidate quality. They've successfully reduced the HR workload and enhanced compliance and accuracy. Their structured recruitment methodology, pre-screening and validation processes, along with standardization and best practices, stand out to me. I find the compliance and payroll expertise particularly valuable. Well-screened candidates, regular status updates, transparency, reliability, and consistent high-quality outcomes with clear communications are some other strengths. Implementing HRMS/HRIS platform, payroll systems, and compliance documentation systems has led to a significant reduction in manual work, a faster and more organized hiring process, improved payroll accuracy, and a better employee experience. I also value their consistent delivery, reliability, strong understanding of our business needs, flexibility, scalability, and end-to-end HR support, which encourage me to continue and potentially expand my partnership with them.

**What do you dislike about HR Solutions?**

I think HR Solutions could improve with more proactive communication and deeper candidate pre-screening. Faster turnaround for niche roles and improved use of technology would also enhance the service. A shared dashboard or portal, ATS integration, status reports and alerts, and building a talent pipeline with realistic timelines are areas I see opportunities for improvement.

**What problems is HR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HR Solutions for managing HR functions, improving hiring speed, candidate quality, reducing HR workload, and enhancing payroll accuracy and compliance.

It looks a lot better than the previously used program.

**What do you dislike about HR Solutions?**

It is not easy to find what you need.  The organization of items within the website does not logically flow the way that the average person would expect.
