Implementing HRMS/HRIS platform, payroll systems, and compliance documentation systems has led to a significant reduction in manual work, a faster and more organized hiring process, improved payroll accuracy, and a better employee experience. I think HR Solutions could improve with more proactive communication and deeper candidate pre-screening. Faster turnaround for niche roles and improved use of technology would also enhance the service.
