What do you like best about Houzz Pro?

I like the catalog feature in Houzz Pro. I also appreciate the photos that accompany proposals for clients to view. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Houzz Pro?

It's very slow, there are always delays. I also don't like that it charges my clients a fee to pay with credit card when many other programs don't charge a fee. The subscription cost is also too high. I wish I hadn't switched from IVY to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
