**What do you like best about Horizon PPM?**

What I like most about Horizon PPM is the simplicity of use of the program. It gives everyone in my organization an easy time keeping up with the updates happening throughout the management and different operations in the company.

**What do you dislike about Horizon PPM?**

I unfortunately sometimes have to log people from the organization in multiple times in order to keep them connected. Customer support sometimes helps, but the problem still occurs constantly.

**What problems is Horizon PPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoyed the real-time feature the program has to offer, where any update is instantly available to everyone to see without the need to send it to each one individual separately.
