# What Quote-to-Cash tools connect well with both a CRM and an ERP so deal data and billing data stay in sync without manual reconciliation?

I'm putting together a comparison and want practitioner input on one specific thing: which quote-to-cash tools genuinely connect to both a CRM and an ERP so deal data and billing data stay in sync without manual reconciliation? Plenty of tools claim native integrations, but the reconciliation pain usually shows up later, so I linked out to the Quote-to-Cash category and pulled the ones reviewers mention most for keeping systems aligned:

If you run it, how clean is the handoff into billing once a quote is approved?

For teams outside the ServiceNow stack, how well did it play with external systems like SAP or Oracle?

Curious which integration held up once real deal volume hit it.

The CRM side usually syncs fine; the ERP handoff is where reconciliation quietly slips, and it slips at amendments more than the first order, since a mid-term change has to land cleanly in both systems. Reviewers who name DealHub credit its Salesforce sync for holding quote and opportunity data together as catalogs grow.
