We can easily access employee information and maintain employee details and reports. We can track employee performance from onboarding to completion of servicing. **What do you dislike about Horizon HRMS?** Sometimes, the report takes more time to generate. Otherwise, the other features are very supportive. **What problems is Horizon HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Horizon HRMS enables our employees to easily access their salary structure, and pay slips and they can easily access their leave information. It helps us to manage information from employee joining to final retirement benefit calculation. The way it works is really awesome! **What do you dislike about Horizon HRMS?** Reports was a bit difficult to utilize, but updates have made them user-friendly and intuitive. **What problems is Horizon HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Employee Self Service module and the mobile app helps our employees to easily get access to their pay slip, leave application and more.
