**What do you like best about Horizon HRMS?**

We use Horizon HRMS and find it very helpful to manage the end-to-end HR process. We can easily access employee information and maintain employee details and reports. We can track employee performance from onboarding to completion of servicing.

**What do you dislike about Horizon HRMS?**

Sometimes, the report takes more time to generate. Otherwise, the other features are very supportive.

**What problems is Horizon HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Horizon HRMS  enables our employees to easily access their salary structure, and pay slips and they can easily access their leave information.
It is very helpful for us to maintain the time, attendance, and payroll of all employees in one place.
Easy to generate monthly and yearly reports.

**What do you like best about Horizon HRMS?**

Horizon HRMS has everything a we need to manage our HR process. It helps us to manage information from employee joining to final retirement benefit calculation. The way it works is really awesome!

**What do you dislike about Horizon HRMS?**

Reports was a bit difficult to utilize, but updates have made them user-friendly and intuitive.

**What problems is Horizon HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Employee Self Service module and the mobile app helps our employees to easily get access to their pay slip, leave application and more. The payroll is automatically processed with any leave salary deduction, overtime increment, etc. The software is more flexible to define our own rules, and saved lot of our time and manual efforts.
