"Intuitive, Powerful Hootsuite Platform That Streamlines Social and Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

It's incredibly intuitive. Very happy with the platform features and performance. Perch and Analytics I use the most. I also love Streams under Nest for staying on top of mentions for clients. It makes it incredibly easy to engage with relevant mentions and build brand engagement. The recent mcp integrations have been wonderful in streamlining processes. The internal AI tools have been great. I've loved wisdom for reviewing performance and gaining insights but also for copy, alt text, hashtags, and more. Onboarding was a breeze with our rep. We were set up in no time. Though Hootsuite is an investment it's proven to be helpful in so many ways for our clients. The listening tool is great for research and providing valuable information. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

My only constructive feedback would be the calendar sharing for reviewing posts. Currently, we can only share 1 week at a time. I would love to be able to share a custom calendar view for clients so they can preview all posts in Hootsuite rather than keeping that step in Figma. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for managing multiple client accounts, but plan limits and disconnects are annoying"
4/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Managing social media for multiple client accounts can get messy fast. Hootsuite makes scheduling easy. I just write post, adjust captions for each platform, pull in canva graphics, and move posts on calendar in seconds. I love shared inbox. It's a big help. It tags urgent comments so I can answer questions fast without switching between multiple browser tabs. Connecting claude is also handy for drafting posts directly in chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Accounts randomly disconnect, especially Linkedin. Plan limits are also frustrating. Adding extra team seats costs a lot. Also, even though I connected Claude, trying to check analytics told me I need an Advanced plan. It is disappointing that a paid team plan does not include that. "Unified Dashboard Makes Scheduling and Monitoring Multiple Clients Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

The unified dashboard is easily the best feature, as it allows me to schedule posts and monitor multiple client streams all in one place. It handles basic bulk scheduling quite well, which saves a lot of manual clicking when setting up a month's worth of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The pricing has become quite steep for what it offers, especially when it comes to enterprise features and multi-user collaboration. Managing seats and permissions for a larger team feels unnecessarily clunky, and the interface can feel heavy and slow compared to more modern, streamlined alternatives. Additionally, many advanced analytics features are locked behind high-tier paywalls, which hurts the overall value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Small Non-Profit"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is complex, loaded with lots of tools and prompts, it can be easy to learn and easy to use! It catches most of your beginner mistakes before you do, and helps you learn how never to make them again. For someone affiliated with a small non profit, it is one of the best tools that we have available to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Sometimes in the app, I can't find the answer, but if I search the internet, (or use AI!!) I can usually find an easy-to-understand answer. Cost is also a bit of a worry, but currently they do offer some great partnerships with organizations that support non-profits so that is helpful. If you realize how much time it saves if you have multiple platforms connected to Hootsuite, the costs isn't as big a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superior UI/UX with Powerful AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite has, by far, the most superior UI/UX of all the social media management tools I’ve worked with. I also really like the AI/intelligence features (OwlyAi), as well as the social listening tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I wish Hootsuite had a built-in Review Management component so my team could handle everything in one platform. Also, some junior support members aren’t really contributing beyond providing routine platform updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Social Media with Intuitive Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I like that Hootsuite's interface is simple to use and doesn't require a tech background to understand. It's very intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing us to quickly gather information about our posts and anything we're tracking. It also allows new users to jump in and adopt the platform quickly and easily without much training. The interface is much cleaner compared to what we used before, and the team just likes using it a lot better. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I wish Reddit was integrated into the platform because it's a social network we're using more and more recently. Wider platform compatibility would make it more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for Social Media Planning, but Missing Key Improvements"
2/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is valuable because it centralizes social media publishing, scheduling, and monitoring in a single workspace. I especially appreciate being able to plan content across multiple channels, coordinate team approvals, and track engagement without constantly jumping between native platforms. For a media-monitoring and communications workflow, it saves time and makes editorial planning feel more organized and structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite can feel expensive for smaller teams, especially when advanced analytics, additional users, or broader functionality are needed. The interface is generally capable, but some workflows such as managing streams, permissions, and reporting could be more intuitive and faster to configure. It would also be helpful to have more flexible integrations and clearer guidance on which features are included in each plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how easy Hootsuite is to use. It’s simple to schedule tasks and keep track of everything in one place. I also appreciated how straightforward the initial setup was. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, and I especially like how easily I can use the AI tools to schedule and plan posts—this is the best part for me. The pricing suits our budget and integrations help in saving time. performance has therefore got increased Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Analytics, Social Listening, and AI That Keep My Startup on Trend"
4/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Connecting my business startup to the relevant market is why I find it more relevant than most meta platforms of social media. The analytics feature is very helpful as I can see which posts perfume best. I also value that I can check on my competitors to keep up with the latest trends.

It has social-listening capabilities to give me an idea about topics, mentions, hashtags, and the likes across social media and other online sources, which keeps me in the know about what is relevant.

What I also find super beneficial is the incorporation of AI into its workflow.

I find that I manage to do research right to the platform...instead of investing hours hunting for the information all over for myself, this is a plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The cost is my main issue...maybe when I expand it will be manageable. I would say, the functionality is a bit overwhelming . All the publishing, inbox management, analytics, listening, AI, team collaboration, monitoring, etc can at times appear to be much. In the beginning all these features can take time to get used to....Maybe a brief summary of key points that one can build on as they go would be beneficial. "Hootsuite Makes Scheduling, Approvals, and Social Listening Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite makes it super simple to schedule out social posts a month in advance and share those directly with key stakeholders. I especially love their features for requesting approval, analytics, and social listening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

While Hootsuite is great for a marketing team, social team, etc. I wish it had more features for sharing scheduled or published content with team members. Particularly being able to show at-a-glance calendar views to other team members could improve visibility and help boost our social reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
