I like Hone for its live virtual classes that fit perfectly into an hour, which suits our leaders and team members well. The quality of the Hone classes and their facilitators is evident as our busy leaders find time for them and apply what they learn. Leaders appreciate the actionable models taught in classes, the breakout sessions, and learning with peers globally. The class on effective 1:1s has been particularly popular, and frameworks like GROW and SBIW have become our norm. I appreciate that Hone is continually expanding their offerings and integrating AI, keeping up with the future of learning and leadership development.
