The main feature of this software is cookieless tracking, which is important especially in the lights of the IOS 14 update. HockeyStack offers a simplified solution for those who seek to analyze the user activity on their websites. The product also provides actionable insights which help you make decisions based on facts, not assumptions. I think this analytical tool is a simplified version of Google Analytics but has a lot of features that you typically want to track on your website. For instance, you can see the source of traffic, which devices users use and where they drop off from your site. To use the software, you just need to add a lightweight code to your website. Yes, just one line of code. The site performance and page load speed are almost not affected. You can set custom actions that users trigger and it is displayed on your dashboard. The public roadmap is very promising as the team does their best to provide weekly or biweekly updates adding new features and fixing the bugs. The team rolls out so many features and keeps adding more to their roadmap. Of course, some minor bugs may appear here and there, but the team quickly resolves all issues. What I would really love to see is more team members per plan, but it is my subjective opinion. Another great feature would be heatmaps and session replays similar to Hotjar. Other than that, everything is smooth and great. **Recommendations to others considering HockeyStack:** If you are sceptical, I recommend you go for a free version with 1K pageviews just to try it out. If it fits your use case and helps you achieve your goals, then buy a one-month subscription to try additional features. You can always switch to a yearly plan later on. Then I can click on each of them and see person A went to check out one of our products as well (scrolled for 60 of the page), checked out our blog post about Y (scrolled 40%), added which item to cart etc… Can give you some real actionable insights, eg: most of these people i filtered who read this blog post ended up buying item A and also checked out item B, so I can do a product pairing recommendation. **What do you dislike about HockeyStack?** They're relatively new to the scene so Shopify integration is not there yet (would be huge). But i was told that its coming. **Recommendations to others considering HockeyStack:** Heatmaps tell you where people go on your page. Hockeystack focuses on what they click on, without having to watch the entire journey of each person. Because of that you can create filters of people who take certain actions and pick out trends quickly. **What problems is HockeyStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting actionable data that i cant get with other tools. - Google Analytics is hard to understand - Heat maps tell you where they're going, but is time consuming and cannot filter audience based on behaviours. ### 24.
