**What do you like best about HOALife?**

With over 900 properties to monitor, HOALife has been a game-changer for us—both in managing ARC applications and tracking violations. The ability to process and escalate issues from anywhere in the world (yes, even while crossing the Atlantic on a cruise ship!) has been truly lifesaving.

Gone are the days of spreadsheets and scribbled notes on the backs of envelopes. HOALife has brought efficiency, organization, and mobility to our workflow. We’ve truly stepped up our game.

**What do you dislike about HOALife?**

It’s not free—but the cost is more than offset by the improved recordkeeping, tracking, and the countless committee hours saved chasing down signatures and paperwork. The efficiency we’ve gained with HOALife has made a measurable difference in how we operate.

**What problems is HOALife solving and how is that benefiting you?**
