HOAfy is a comprehensive homeowners association management platform for self-managed communities, volunteer boards, property managers, homeowners, residents, and vendors. It brings financial management, communications, community operations, records, and homeowner services into one association-controlled system. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, paper files, disconnected applications, and volunteers’ personal email accounts, HOAfy gives every community a secure source of truth. Each user receives access based on their role, while the association retains its financial records, communications, documents, decisions, and operational history as boards and managers change. Platform and Administration Association setup and onboarding A resumable setup process guides communities through their association profile, board members, units, owners, residents, financial setup, and homeowner invitations. Associations can prepare and verify their information before granting portal access. Role-based access control HOAfy provides dedicated roles for Account Owners, board officers, board and committee members, property managers, homeowners, residents, and vendors. Permissions determine which records and actions each user may access. Multi-association access One person can belong to multiple associations and hold a different role in each. Switching associations reloads the appropriate data, permissions, menus, and dashboard without requiring another login. Role-aware dashboards Board members see financial and operational information for the entire association. Homeowners see personal balances, payments, requests, violations, votes, documents, and upcoming events requiring their attention. Security and audit history HOAfy uses individual identities, association-scoped permissions, encrypted transport, managed encryption at rest, and an activity log showing supported actions, actors, outcomes, and timestamps.
