I also really appreciate the AI-assisted search, which helps me quickly find answers to association members’ questions. **What do you dislike about HOA Hub?** The only downside to HOA Hub so far has nothing to do with the app, but rather the rate at which association members are transitioning to the platform (not quickly enough). As such, we are having to duplicate efforts to present information through multiple channels where if more members embraced the platform we would not have to do so. **What problems is HOA Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** HOA hub streamlines processes. That makes life so much easier for me as the President. It's a real time saver. With the rollout of new features, I anticipate that benefit to grow as we move forward. ### 2. The software performs well - it is very fast. It was intuitive to set up the dues, define the payment schedule, and have HOA Hub generate the invoices automatically. Residents can pay online or I can record checks manually for the folks who prefer that. The aging report gives me a clear picture of who's paid and who hasn't. The export to CSV and Quickbooks function is nice too. Late fees apply automatically based on the rules we set, so there's no awkward conversation anymore. Excellent value for the price. **What do you dislike about HOA Hub?** The billing features are still fairly new so I expect they'll keep adding to them over time. Everything that is there works really well though. **What problems is HOA Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we started using HOA Hub I was tracking dues in a spreadsheet and manually emailing each household their dues invoices. Now the system just does it for me automatically, and people can pay online, which reduces the need to have to follow up with everyone or make a bunch of trips to the bank. ### 3.
