Employees have the opportunity to work on projects they want and feel passionate about. It's easy to set up projects, review candidates and get the necessary approvals. It also sends an alert to employees that have the necessary skills for the role. For our company, we have opportunities set up by departments, so exploring interests is intuitive and user friendly. We also have a location feature that could limit the results to location of interest. **What do you dislike about Hitch?** Currently, the skills set has to be manually updated. The search functionality could be improved Interaction between our ATS and Hitch is not fully functional **What problems is Hitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost savings, because it allows underutilized employees to join projects that need more headcount. With ease (and Hitch) **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Olga S. | Vice President Operations **Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021 **What do you like best about Hitch?** 1. ability to utilize skills in a different role/part of the company 2. flexibility in applying for projects 3. increased capacity in terms of finding the right people for the project **What do you dislike about Hitch?** not every manager could be open for their team members to enroll in additional projects (their loss quite honestly - this is an amazing engagement opportunity - I have colleagues that are staying only because they can do smth different in addition to their day-to-day tasks) **What problems is Hitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Future of Work. As new employees join they truly want to see their potential realized fully, learn new areas of the organization, participate in projects to gain new skills.
