&lt;p&gt;SiteDocs being usable enough that even workers who actively resist complicated apps still use it, including offline, is a genuinely useful bar for evaluating field tools. Most safety software gets judged by what it can do in a demo, when the real test is whether the least tech-comfortable person on a crew will actually use it without complaint.&lt;/p&gt;
