Hireserve contains a lot for functionality that allows us to as an organisation to flex our recruitment process and quickly and effectively receive, review and process applications. It does take a little time to learn the back office process as there is so much flexibility in the system and sometimes it frustrating when you find a new element that adds value - Hireserve are working on this to inform new and old clients of the system capability. Our current account manager is much more responsive and incredibly helpful than previous managers. The ATS has been modified and integrated well to our recruitment processes. Some issues take awhile to resolve via support team, especially with trying to schedule a virtual meeting to resolve issues quicker.
