**What do you like best about Hireserve ATS?**

The product is easy to use and delivers an excellent  solution for our recruitment needs. significantly reduces the amount of time spent doing admin. The application screening, bulk email and interview planning module are to thank for this. The Manager Portal is very user friendly for recruitment teams looking to have manager led recruitment processes. Lots of options for automation with workflows, authorisations and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Hireserve ATS?**

Having an easier method to integrate with HR & Payroll systems would be beneficial.

**What problems is Hireserve ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hireserve helped us to role out Manager led recruitment and automation of many of our processes. We have been able to support the organisation's safer recruitment needs and high demand for adverising new roles.

**What do you like best about Hireserve ATS?**

Hireserve contains a lot for functionality that allows us to as an organisation to flex our recruitment process and quickly and effectively receive, review and process applications.  It has some excellent features that can be integrated into the recruitment process providing us with robust and user friendly system

**What do you dislike about Hireserve ATS?**

It does take a little time to learn the back office process as there is so much flexibility in the system and sometimes it frustrating when you find a new element that adds value - Hireserve are working on this to inform new and old clients of the system capability.

**What do you like best about Hireserve ATS?**

Our current account manager is much more responsive and incredibly helpful than previous managers. The ATS has been modified and integrated well to our recruitment processes. The ability to put requests in for roadmap for future feautures/functionality is good.

**What do you dislike about Hireserve ATS?**

Some issues take awhile to resolve via support team, especially with trying to schedule a virtual meeting to resolve issues quicker. Testing a function was severly delayed due to lack of support and configuration was not properly set up. This has improved generally in the past few months

**What problems is Hireserve ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently looking into CV anonysation feature to set up onto our current ATS. This will help with EDI/bias in our recruitment process

Nothing to dislike. Important to think about how you want things to work and then configure the tech to deliver this.

**What do you like best about Hireserve ATS?**

Hiresave ATS has made several features of our recruitment simpler than it used to be.  It has a simple and easy to navigate web environment for jobs listing, candidates pool and interviews organization.

**What do you dislike about Hireserve ATS?**

The implementation of candidate matching algorithm appears to be somewhat limited.   Recruitment of suitable candidates to fill available positions involves a lot of sifting and searching in most cases.

**What problems is Hireserve ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Hireserve ATS, applicant tracking-related workloads are streamlined for our recruiting team.  All candidate data, available positions, and communication channels are in one place; it helps to reduce the time spent on hiring and optimize the process.

**What do you like best about Hireserve ATS?**

It's simple, easy to use and well liked across the organisation by managers and our recruiting team.  The support team is exceptional, resolving queries very quickly.  Easy to implement and good customer success teams.

**What do you dislike about Hireserve ATS?**

It would be better if integration was easier.

**What problems is Hireserve ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A solution to advertise, recruit and employ candidates - having a simple system to do this helps free up managers time and back office admin time.
