**What do you like best about HigherUp?**

Great support, a dedicated representative is assigned to client payroll account and response is quick via email to answer questions. The payroll entry is easy to use and easy to print reports. Use it twice a month for multiple clients.

**What do you dislike about HigherUp?**

The only downside is that the payroll is not automatic, it has to be entered each time.

**What problems is HigherUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll management.
