High Trek incorporates a lot of features that I need to run my laser tag facility. I particularly like that the waiver system, booking, and online reservations all incorporate directly into the PoS, so I don't have to scramble between different programs. The few times I've had questions, they were able to resolve my issues quickly and easily. The user interface is simple, and could be more intuitive, but has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. It is a reasonable price for everything that I need it to do, and functions properly, without being burdened by AI overuse, as some companies are trying to force it in ways that are ineffective. It seamlessly combines our point of sale, reservation calendar, leads, quotes, and waiver management all in one interface. I would like to be able to provide more than one quote option to a potential guest. Currently any additional quotes overwrite the original quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is High Trek Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you? They offer a clear, easy-to-use, button-based POS interface that our front desk staff can pick up quickly and feel comfortable with. As a result, we’ve reduced training time and cut down on errors. The leads tool is also very helpful since multiple people on our team follow up on leads; it lets us all see what communications have gone out and which quotes have already been sent. Everything we need to run our business is there—from sending inquiries to potential customers, to customers booking a party with us. It also covers waivers for our insurance, checking customers and party guests in for the event, and sending invoice receipts to customers who use us for school events or company events.
