High Trek incorporates a lot of features that I need to run my laser tag facility. I particularly like that the waiver system, booking, and online reservations all incorporate directly into the PoS, so I don't have to scramble between different programs. The few times I've had questions, they were able to resolve my issues quickly and easily. The user interface is simple, and could be more intuitive, but has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. It is a reasonable price for everything that I need it to do, and functions properly, without being burdened by AI overuse, as some companies are trying to force it in ways that are ineffective.

They are constantly evolving. They test updates out before implementing them saving a lot of heartache.
